Farmhouse is made and run by KOBAN, the trading name of individual entrepreneur Dmitrii Savkin, registered in Georgia. We decide what is stored and why. Write to us: [email protected].
Playing as a guest: a random device key is kept in your browser or next to the launcher. The server keeps only a hash of it, tied to your guest farm.
With an account: your in-game name, the ID Google gives your sign-in, your email address if Google confirms it, and when the account was created. We never see your Google password.
While you play: your farm, position, inventory, appearance and uploaded skin, friends and parties, in-game currency, and a log of game events such as joining, leaving, building and crafting. Chat messages are written to the server log for moderation.
Technical: your IP address appears in server logs (game joins, failed sign-ins, rate limits) and protects the servers from abuse. When the game crashes it sends a report: device type, system version and the error, with no name attached.
To run the game and keep your progress, to protect the servers and players from abuse, to moderate chat, and to fix crashes. We do not sell data, show ads or send marketing email.
Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (delivers the site and counts visits without cookies), Hetzner (hosts our servers). The devlog on the home page is loaded from Hotplacer, our other project, which then sees your IP address.
Notices of game joins, with your name, IP address and country, go to our private moderation channel in Telegram; the country is looked up through ipinfo.io. Once payments appear, the payment partner will process your payment data; we never see your card.
One sign-in cookie, fh_session, lasts 14 days. A one-time cookie appears only while you choose between two farms. Your browser keeps the device key in local storage. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Account and game data: until you ask us to delete them. Server logs and the game event log are size-limited and overwrite themselves, usually within weeks to months. Sign-in sessions end after 14 days.
You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected, or have your account and its data deleted. There is no button for this yet: write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
The game is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 16, ask a parent before creating an account.
When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with its date.
