Payments will be taken by our payment partner, who acts as the seller of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and processes refunds under its own policy, shown at checkout.
If an item did not arrive, you were charged twice, or a purchase was a mistake, write to us within 14 days and we will deliver the item or ask the partner to refund you.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right ends once the item is delivered to your account, if you agreed to this at checkout.
Write to [email protected] with the date of the purchase and the receipt number. We answer within a few days.
